Pholcus

Pholcus is a species of spider in the family Pholcidae (cellar spiders) found from Europe to Azerbaijan.
The spider genus Pholcus contains the cellar spider P. phalangioides, often called the "daddy longlegs". There are 321 accepted species in the genus according to May 2016 in World Spider Catalog. Confusion often arises because the name "Daddy longlegs" is also applied to two other unrelated arthropods: the Harvestman and the Crane Fly.
